Running a team is very expensive and their YouTube is making them a lot more than other teams but they also don’t have their own field. They are actually not paying their guys more money than others in the league but the attention, reach and fan base they have is attracting a lot of high quality talent. I’m pretty sure they are continuing to keep bootstrapping and are not gonna win guys over with super high wages
