Hey thank you for this, However, Am in Germany and it signed a tax treaty with the US so I dont have to pay double taxes using sound exchange but it says "Since you did not provide a valid U.S. Tax ID Number, we will apply 30% withholding to all earnings". Why does it show up like this?

Excellent video, thank you! I'm a newbie. I just submitted 3 songs via soundexchange direct. Am I done, or do I have to go to Associated Recordings and check boxes next to my songs? I don't understand the two processes. Thanks again!

Hi Thanks for the Great straightforward video. If I release a song initially as a single and register it with the UPC code that Distrokid provided, when I release it again in the future as part of an album(with 10 other songs) will I get one single new UPC code that covers all of the songs on the 'album' or will I get a new UPC code for each song on the album including the single I already uploaded, OR will I be using the old initial first UPC code I got when I released it as a single? Thanks for your clarification.
