An inspiring community unites to help the jobless secure jobs

For years, Chrysalis has been helping people in Southern California transform their lives and rise out of poverty. The nonprofit provides job-training for more than 60,000 men and women who are homeless or otherwise facing poverty. Now working with the Stand Together community, Chrysalis is expanding in ways they never have before – helping thousands more individuals find their way out of poverty while finding meaning and fulfillment.

After completing Chrysalis’ program, 91 percent of graduates increase their monthly income, and 70 percent secure long-term jobs.
