This project has as main advantages the thermal insulation performance, the heat transfer coefficient being 0.2, very close to that of a passive house, 360 insulations with sheet metal, on absolutely all sensitive areas, this making it impossible for rodents to penetrate the walls of the house, a something so common in general in the case of wooden houses and not only. Another advantage is given by breaking the thermal bridge, in the floor area, by using soles placed above the continuous foundation, this area being naturally ventilated. The thickness of the thermal insulation is 35 centimetres, and the carpentry has 3 layers of glass.
