I was hopeful when you said it will work, but it didn't. I followed it all through...Got a fleeting sight of a screen with ..."Staging App"...then Got to a mainly white screen with a the work Kodi at the top Right....And a message "Do you want to install this application? It does not require any special access. and at the bottom right "CANCEL" and "INSTALL"...neither of which have a highlight !...no cursor on the screen to hover over and select...so it's not possible to select the "INSTALL" ideas...?

No good. Just RD error codes, but my Real-Debrid acct is up and working elsewhere... its just your Kodi build that won't use it. 😢
