I feel validated. As the last few times I’ve made Cuban sandwiches, I roasted a pork shoulder and used a spiral ham as well.

Although I have a 12in and 10in cast iron. I used them as a press and to toast both sides at once….. note remember to wear good oven mitts when grabbing a hot cast iron skillet. 😅

HAHAHAHAHAHAH Frank figured out that he says "Absolutely Delicious" too often, that's hilarious. Still a good slogan for a T-Shirt, though. Also, don't change who you are or what you say, Frank. If we predict your words, it only means we've watched all of your videos.

Love it! I like the way you can stick to an original recipe, and then make changes, know the sensitive parts (know where purple are gonna hate!), and explain why you change them. That's total control of what you are doing. And then you give us the chance to do it your way, the original way, or empower us to make personal changes.

Made these yesterday (with deli meats and pickled jalapeno instead of pickles) and they turned out so incredibly well! Probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Thanks Frank!

While I'd really like to see some more advanced/fancy stuff, I still watch every video you upload, just in case there is a goody I might otherwise miss ;).

I haven't watched your videos in quite some time, but I really like the clear structure and cut (for instance when talking all ingredients through, one by one). Makes it really nice to watch, great improvement in comparison to the early videos from what I remember! 😊🙌

I'm gonna try making this, but with a carnitas recipe I found on here with a rib rub. I made the carnitas before, 250f for 5 hours in the oven. It was so tender and moist.
