🍽️ Ingredients 🍽️

50 grams pearl barley
50 grams black lentils
50 grams red lentils
20 grams garden peas
800 mls to 1 litre mineral/alkaline water
1 small sweet potato/pontiac potato
3 cloves garlic
1 large shallot
1 small red onion
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Sea salt per taste
1 medium size carrot
1 stalk organic celery
2 large tomatoes
Juice of 1 lemon
Handful of finely chopped spring onions
Garnish with parsley, mint or coriander

Optional - serve with bread, rice or pasta
