We are planning a 2 day visit to Pinhão and your video just added to our excitement of this anticipated wine tasting adventure. Obrigado! We have lived in Porto for a year now and continue to expand our knowledge of Portugal with wonderful trips such as this. Keep having as much fun as possible. Ross

very nice video, thank you. Do the same trains also go from Campanhao station? Also, what time usually would the final train returning to POrto go from Pinhao?

Nice video! We are planning a day trip to Douro Valley from Porto. We thought about going by ourselves by train and then, visit some wineries, have lunch in a quinta, do a cruise and why not wine tasting. We heard Regua, Pinhao/Tua were the best spots. Are they walkable? Is it convenient to do the trip on our own? We are not sure how to book lunch, wine tasting, etc. Is it possible to freely visit wineries or should we book something? Many thanks for your help!

Hi, we are planning to take the exact same trip on 12th Nov. I've heard it's very rainy in Nov and that picnics usually happen indoors..is that true? Also, how cold would it be?
