23:07 builder does look a lot less restrictive. I don’t think you were able to get 98 ball handling and 94 speed with ball with contact dunks last year. And if you did your defense would’ve been terrible or your shooting would’ve been awful.

There was another screenshot that was shown in the builder breakdown at the part where they revealed the ability to see what animations you qualify for. Idk if it was just me, but that build looked pretty crazy, and it was very different from the 98 ovr builder screenshot…
