When multiplying with 5× anything u can use, halving the number and multiplying by 10.

But how to finde where to put small digit upward or downward for you said 7 multiple by 6 is 42 than how you find where to put 4 And where to put 2 please tell this is really confusing for me please help me somebody please help it will be a great blessing for me by somebody please tell me 🙏🏿

Please do not say the word "and" when you are reading whole numbers. The word 'and' means there is a decimal.
