I really hope you get to read this. I am a person who struggled severely with an eating disorder. I entered residential treatment in October of 2019 and am currently in an IOP program. Your videos were recommended to me by one of the therapists, and I am so glad she told me about you. I have a history of over exercise to the point of destroying my body. You are helping me to cultivate a better relationship with my body, and to find a way to move that empowers rather than tears down. Each day along my journey with you, I'm learning how to move mindfully for health, rather than to burn calories or judge/critic my body. You are truly making an impact on my recovery journey, and I couldn't be more grateful for that.

MOVE guys, who else is here? Today is my 3rd month of yoga everyday. This hanging out in plank and downward dog like there's no tomorrow. I don't recognise myself. Love to Adriene for this guidance and miracle. What is one thing that really stands out for you?💪

Yey, it’s the one with Benji’s dream, we love him so ! This senior yogi wondered if I’d make it through this 40 minutes 🤔 but I was curious. I have been following MOVE every day and it’s been keeping my fitness up. I welcomed that halfway child’s pose and really enjoyed the challenge of this slow kind workout. The one legged pigeons were awesome, super stretchy relaxing and now I’m going to chill and have my breakfast. I hope I’ll make it through tomorrow’s 46 mins ! This was a brutal 6am practice… I can’t believe I have to go be a human now, this just wore me out 😂. Elbows, wrists, who needs them, they have turned to jelly. Awaken 2025, here we are! Thanks for beating me up today Adriene, someone had to do it (said with all the love!!). 😃

I've been doing daily practice since Breath and this is the best practice I've done in ages!! I feel so excited by my progress. I did a little namaste sharkfin and I think my appropriate edge has moved! Felt very strong and also found ease and breath and had fun. Those boat poses at the end felt so much easier when I was highly distracted by which creative arms I wanted next :D Happy MOVE calendar everyone <3

Move Day 6: Today's practice was long in comparison to the others, and getting onto the mat was challenging, but I did it and enjoyed the whole practice, except for pigeon, which has always been difficult for me. I hope to find pigeon again in the near future, because the only way I will improve my pigeon is with more practice! I believe that sometimes the poses we like the least are the ones we need to do the most, for that's the only way to improve.

I'm 33 years old and HATED Yoga from ever since I can remember. It felt boring, incredibly slow, and unsatisfactory. Αbout 20 days ago I ran into "you". Now I will do one of your videos every single day, no exceptions, even if it's a 5-min one. I have ADHD, so I can't thank you enough for being so easy-going and kind, thus helping me to effortlessly form what seems to be a wonderful (hopefully long-lasting) habit by now. I fell in love with your attitude and, through it, I fell in love with yoga. Keep on shining <3

Today's session was really hard cause I couldn't focus and I had to take a lot of breaks but I'd like to thank Benji for his beautiful dream run cause it distracted me long enough to make it through most of the pulses. Let's be kind to ourselves even when we take breaks or can't focus properly 💜

Explore March 2025 has been the first month ever that I practiced yoga every single day!! I'm so proud of myself and hope that when this video reappears in a later calendar I can still say that I'm staying consistent with my practice :)

Get To Know, day 7🎉 thank you, Adriene, for this practice, it was a bit tricky today as having two late nights and early mornings has caught up with me😩, but I'm so glad I made it to my mat, as it has given me some much-needed energy for the day ahead. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻
