First you follow Juna. Then TGJ. Then JA. Then Shoka. Then Rie. Then every one of her talented music comrades. Juna is a gift that keeps on giving. Thanks!

thats some proper 70s jazzrock psychedelica with a zappa/mothers icing on top. amazing what just 3 musicians can sound like when they know what to do

If you like this, take a time machine ride back to 1972 and check out Return To Forever, Stanley Clarke`s amazing for the time band!

Juna will become a world wide well known bass player, gigging with famous players..She got a lot of talent and is very focused.

Juna!!! This is not normal at all. This is a master piece of funk in all history. The bass says something without words and that is something that only great pieces have. Congratulations!!! How does it feels to be immortal from now in music history thanks to your talent?
oswallllace
Super cool. There are flavors of Return To Forever in this piece.

Juna doesn't hold back; I like that. I like how she approaches the bass from all angles and even plays other instruments. Most importantly, the music sounds consistently well! Thanks for sharing. 😊👍

This is simply HIGH-quality stuff! You guys are echoing a period from the early to mid-'70s of great fusion bands - like Brand X, Passport, Beck and Jan Hammer. And Juna - she's getting around with a lot of great players and jams. I really dig how she pops in these gems of slap bass and syncopations - like Stanley Clarke and Return to Forever - she's a KILLER!

I was wondering where jazz and funk and real improv and musicianship had gone…..it’s all in Tokyo! Hooray! This is all just incredibly wonderful. Thank you for saving a musical tradition that has all but died out in its country of origin, and making it all your own. Music couldn’t ask for anything more. Blessings from all the spirits of the world!😊

Wow, I don't need to say more. In my book, Juna is one of the best bass players in the world and always plays with other fantastic musicians.
aengeli
A very interesting bass player. You can hear many highlights in her Band Muses.

Awesome jam, loved it. It's so fun to stumble across new music. Here I am just surfing some videos and then I am here turning the volume up and nodding with the groove. Thanks!

I know Roger (Sadowsky) would be thrilled to see this video. #sadowsky

If I was just listening and did see this group, I wold think they were American. Jazz is art and art is appreciated by all cultures. This is JAZZ and it is good JAZZ 👍🏾
