Modification of old and damage Hydraulic Jack 10tons and 32tons capacity

I use this modification to my next project,which is I make a manual hydrualic bending machine.

Not questioning him because I can see that it works- but why didn't he just drill thru the red jack top cylinder, thread that part, install pipe fitting, then weld red jack cylinder to red jack outer cylinder? Would have done the same thing with far less work.

👍👍👍...use a small jack as a stag and accumulate, then use a small jake pump to compress hydraulic oil and send it to the large jack. (It's a really great way of thinking..it's the same principle as Hydraulic pump system from the master pump of a large truck..) Details that the creator of the clip should emphasize to the audience are: The ball bearings of the non-return valve Must be very good at the bearing because when lifting a lot of weight The pressure will be greater. Legal, porém o lugar onde foi instalado a entrada da mangueira do segundo macaco cilindro ficou no lugar errado, deveria ser do lado e não embaixo.

Good concept other the feed line through the machined edge of the Circumference of the base ... then the whole flat surface could of been used as a thrust plate ... 😮😮😮😮

Existem um problema quando os macacos originais eles tem pequena abertura parte de cima não sei se ele existia ou você fechou , essa parte quando o macaco chegar seu limite voltar o excesso de óleo para lado fora do cilindro quando ele está dentro do corpo do macaco para evita que ele estoure os retentores do cilindro
