Ragnar was standing next to Axe at the lighting of the forge. I think Axe is likely to adopt him, but it would be nice for grogu to have a sibling.

I think Axe will adopt him. It would bring both coverts together. It would be cool for Grogu to have a sibling though- Din and Bo definitely need to get together in season 4!

He doesn't need to be adopted. He is already a Mandalorian apprentice.
Grogu had to be adopted because he was too young to recite the creed, so, in order to be an apprentice his parent/s had to give their consent.
