I actually put my kids to bed at 8.30 pm and I follow at 9 😂😂😂.. and I do wake up at 5 am.. 😂😂😂 so yeah, I do agree!

LOL If only! My 8 year old daughter goes to bed at 7pm during the school year so she can get up between 6:30 & 6:45am. She needs 12 hours of sleep so she's not grumpy all day. That would only give me an hour to watch TV, have actual conversations uninterrupted with my husband & have some down time. Also, I hate having to get up between 6 & 6:30am, there's no way I'm getting up at 4am if I don't have to. I'm not my parents! lol That also means my daughter would have an hour to eat dinner & do homework before going to bed at 4pm. lol

I do it every chance I get. Sleep when they sleep, especially because you are so stressed.

My 2 yr old and 6 yr old (Autistic) have a bed time of 7:30pm.
They thrive off of routine and they wake up anywhere between 6:30-7:30 am.
