French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal Sunday said he will offer his resignation to President Macron Monday as he hailed a new era for the National Assembly following the second round of legislative elections which saw the left-wing alliance New Popular Front lead both Macron's ruling party and the far-right National Rally.
