What really makes this piece shine is just how dynamic in tone it is. The alteration between the somewhat serious battle feel and the playful, earnest vibe is a joy to listen to. Perhaps this is reflective of the game itself, though I have not played it, so that's just a guess.

Here from Lunar Wish: Orbs of Fate, of all things. It's a free RPG Maker game that borrows music from a ton of great games (Chrono Trigger, Xenogears, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers, etc.). Can't believe I've finally found this track on a whim after ~10 years.
