Hi, I'm Julia Graf! I am a beauty and lifestyle content creator with my main focus on Youtube. I became interested in makeup when I was in college, and I saw it as a creative outlet for self-expression. The human face is my canvas.


I create all my videos entirely by myself - from creative inception, to filming, to editing: I am truly a One Woman Show.

I am Swiss and Canadian (dual citizenship) and live in Switzerland. I studied Political Science and International Development Studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I speak German, English and French, and when I'm not working, I love to travel, cook, read and keep fit.

This brought me back to 2009 when you did your makeup storage and organization video, back when you were still Misschevious! You literally taught me everything I know about nail care and I remember being about 16-17 and seeing your makeup collection for the very first time, I was in awe. I haven't even watched the video yet, but i wanted you to know you're the reason I purchased my malm table and Alex unit. You was the very first person to feature these on YouTube in the beauty community and I was finally able to track down a older malm table on Craigslist for $40.00 5 years ago and got my Alex unit's 4 year's ago. I've been so happy with it. I remember when you shared it with the long mirror on the wall. I wanted it, but it was pricey by that time I was ready to bite the bullet they discontinued the longer model and the shorter model was introduced. THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO GET THE OLDER MODEL🎉❤😂

Hi, Julia! I love how real you are about makeup, and how you are actively trying to change the mindset of many people who see your channel! Teaching that having essentials is not a bad thing, because I´ve noticed that many people feel bad or down when they are unable to get many of the products used in YouTube videos... Setting by example is a very nice way to help people, and though we might fall in love with a line, sometimes we get soo many things we don´t actively use... I, like you, suffer from a very bad case of eczema brought on by a neurological-digestive problem, and I can´t use makeup on an everyday basis so my skin breathes, and definitely I´ve had to become smarter and buy things I truly and absolutely love, not give in to the shopping hype… Thank you for always keeping it honest for us!

That room is beautiful, I always like the clean, elegant background decor you choose. (To cut down on reverberation you could hang a rug on any one of the walls - including behind the camera - close to the ceiling to kill echo. I have a 13' Persian nain runner hanging horizontally in my bedroom, about 18"
down, it really helped.)

How organized and neat everything is. I remember the nail polish decluttering video, wow you did really well in reducing your collection. I just got rid of a ton of nail polish, because they were old and I don't really wear nail polish as much as I used to.

Have you considered doing a series (like... 2 or 2 videos) using the same makeup but doing different looks with it?? I remember back in the day when you would do more than one look with the same makeup. It would be SUPER interesting to see ^_^ and I think it helps consumerism a little as well, showcasing different looks we can achieve with the same palette or what have you.
