Here comes the King of South Western Railways , the prestigious and legendary Karnataka Express which connects Bangalore to New Delhi and vice-versa notching up smoke as it picks up acceleration after a scheduled halt at Yelahanka heading towards its next halt at Bangalore Cantonment.

The 24 coach-er gracefully chugs out smoke as it moves on to descend a steep gradient ahead.

Ok, its possible, ET shed use to have 8 pairs of Mued ALCos in SHF on rear ends for KK Express and some Express trains on ET- Jabalpur-Allahabad Route.

Indian Railways is presently focusing on Electrification of lines and Doubling the single line corridors. High Speed/ Bullet trains are no where on the cards for the time being.
