I’m an INFP and the guy I just started dating is an ENFP and since I found that out a bunch of stuff makes sense, from the moment we first met we just got each other and connected, we could talk for hours without really talking about anything at all, we can understand all the time what the other is feeling without anything being said it honestly feels like the most intuitive connection I’ve ever had, we honestly bring out the best in each other.

I'm an INFP who was in a 22 year relationship with an ENFP until he passed away. I'm kind of a basket case without his infectious energy to motivate me. A lot of what you said resonated. We had lots of common interests: both musicians, travelers, nature lovers, multilingual, could converse in different languages with each other. We were nearly inseparable. You're right about not wanting to talk about problems, if I got angry about something he wouldn't want to discuss it, or if he got angry he'd go silent on me. After a day or so of stewing inside, we'd be back to normal! He was extremely nurturing, supportive and encouraging of everything I did or even thought of doing, a Johnny-on-the-spot to help me with anything, even anticipating my needs. He thought I was "kind" but "too timid" for my own good. I could go on an on (as you can imagine). Our 22 years were a kind of paradise. Thanks for the video.

My Wife is INFP . We seriously became bestfriends right away and married within a year and now have a baby on our way. Only person who can keep up when I go on my abstract NE mode.. super high! Very intuitive and abstract.. sometimes it feels like telepathic. Our morals are on point and views on life. She helps ground me (ENFP) and i help her out in the world.. so we balance eachother out. I never knew relationships could be so fucking easy! It's like sooopp easy. 😂😂 but, sometimes it is to easy so i like to prank her alittle bit. I need alot more social time, sometimes she kicks me out! You need to get some air with some other friends... because if not i tend to overload her with my thoughts and ideas 😂😂😍❤️ It's all good and all love. We just understand we have some different needs and when u understand that.. it's pretty easy. Sometimes we just sit and dream so much that it almost feels like we've already done it. So we sometimes just end up dreaming without actually doing anything about it. We have issues planning social interactions.. because everytime we do we always regret it... but, as soon as we get out together it always surprises us have fun it actually is. But, we need these reminders consistently 😂🥳😍

I'm INFP and my gf is ENFP and the alone time is spot on. Like ngl, I could spend my entire life just in my room bouncing from project to project and it wouldn't bother me one bit. If I need to work something out, I talk to the imaginary friend that I can't see but weirdly make eye contact with when i vent about my issues sporadically. but my NEED for cuddles and attention randomly snaps me out of it. Lol. I have a tendency to "get in the zone" and I'll drop off the planet for hours, but its purely by accident. I find myself unintentionally neglecting my partners needs but its something I've been working on and I'm getting better at recognizing when i start going AWOL

I’m an ENFP with an INFP bestie of 25 years that I’ve just started dating. Everything you’ve said is spot on for us. Though I am inclined to discuss problems, much to my bf’s horror haha. But it’ll be interesting to see how things work out.

I'm INFP and the thing about needing a lot of alone time is very accurate. I can make plans to socialize when I'm in the "extrovert" zone and as time passes, change my mind completely and not attend an event.

My best friend at work is an enfp, we have deep interesting political discussions. He has a lot of information about goings on in the world and I, the infp, help him understand why people do the things they do. It’s pretty great.

I’m an INFP and my husband is ENFP, we’ve been best friends since we met and 8 years have flown by effortlessly. He gets me out of my loner shell but he also understands my need to be alone sometimes and I understand that it’s important to him that I attend his social events on occasion. It took us some time to understand each others needs but our relationship has grown stronger with every obstacle and misunderstanding because our core values are that of mutual respect and self accountability.

I'm an infp, but tbh when there is a problem or conflict in any relationship, either w friends or a partner, I always try to talk it out immediately if I feel there's something wrong. Am I the only one in that?

I'm a female ENFP and I am in a new relationship but with an INTP. This video and its comments seem very similar to the behaviors that I have seen. Btw its so great to see people who crave connection and cooperation in this conflicted world. Insiteful video. ❤

Me (ENFP) and my partner (INFP) are both on the border.
Me:
51% - E /49% - I

Him:
49% - E / 51% - I.

I laughed when I heard this (we mirror a lot).

I used to test as an INFP and I became more extraverted as I started working on it in recent years.

Luckily, we have been friends for many years and spent a lot of time working on vulnerable/supportive communication of our needs (and not taking them personally). I think that is essential for a healthy INFP/ENFP dynamic.

I'm not at all conflict avoidant. Lol
When there's an issue, I confront it because I don't need that shiz to follow me.

My INFP seems more extroverted than I am. Shes always doing something, seems like. She drags me out of the house, usually. Love her to pieces. She does get jealous of my other friends, but not crazy... she has tons of her own. Its like she wants me to only have her as a friend, but still have her own? She has got uaed to it, but I always get weirded out when people get obsessive as friends.

huh for me the infp and my relationship with enfp was actually amazing, but we broke up since he ended up going to another school and we had less communication

This is helpful. My ex and I REALLY love each other ( I’m the ENFP, he’s the other). I use to get mad when he got upset when I’m social. He likes really small groups. We get/got along best when we created. I was the vision and he the builder. Problem???? He CAN NOT utter I LOVE YOU! I know for a fact he does and would never cheat but he is too slow emotionally…. I hate it… use to be cool… no more

“Sorry I was just in an extroverted mood when I agreed to that” 🥴
