Its the season to be merry and share love, food and much more with family.
Good food is part of us here. And regardless of how far we are from our motherland we do love cooking and eating Ugandan food. We will be dropping in these quick and easy food videos every Tuesday and Thursday the whole of December.

Rice
3 medium onions
5 tomatoes
3 big bell peppers
garlic
fresh ginger/ grounded ginger
Magi cubes
cooking plant oil
500g of beef

Served best with:
Ovacado
spinach
fried aubergine
(Plataine)
