In this video, Defy's RN, Jill discusses why we do not accept any form of insurance and explains alternatives. Defy Medical is a concierge medical clinic that provides medications and labs and injectable nutrients at a low cost. To keep costs down for our patients, we don't use third-party insurance whatsoever. We do offer a CMS1500 form that you could submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

They keep cost down - very true, but this means you pay w-o/insurance. Hmm *KIDDING ASIDE* your insurance isn’t going to cover it anyway, and it also helps keep things private.

Very well but defy shoulb have a better way or another choice for the lab work on places like Puerto Rico. actually I can't contineu with Defy because Lab corp or Quest doesn't accept Defy. Quest really can't give me an answer.
