Kwazii of Octonauts In Real Life

Known for the patch on his eye and adventurous personality, Kwazii is the show's lieutenant and pirate. The character has orange fur, a long tail, and a pink nose, which is quite common among real cats.

But to be more specific, Kwazii looks a lot like orange British Shorthairs. And these cats can be easy-going, loyal, and pleasant companions, which are traits Kwazii has too.

Before we continue to compare the two, here is a fun fact about the character: he wears the eye patch as a joke. Yes, his eyes work perfectly; he wears the patch to look cooler. With that said, he might seem intimidating because of the whole pirate get-up, but he is very affectionate and kind.

British Shorthairs can also be clingy and playful at times. A Hill's pet article states that these animals love to play and often look for toys to entertain themselves with. And if they can't find a toy to play with, they make toys out of random things.

Kwazii is also as resourceful as British Shorthairs as he can sometimes serve as a substitute when Captain Barnacles is not around. All things considered, here is the final thought: while Kwazii does not have whiskers and wears a pirate patch, he still has a lot in common with real cats.
