While probably not the game you’re thinking of. You might like to check out (if you haven’t already) is Moonlighter. You run a shop in a medieval town, but moonlight as a dungeoneer and you sell the stuff you find in the various dungeons. Dungeons are randomized Isaac style each time.

I reckon some kind of prestige would be good, rather than a new save file. Could work as a “franchise” type thing?

something i think would be nice for the game to add would be decorations, be it more general ones to something tetramon themed, like those big pokemon "statues" some places have, or posters you can put on the walls

I think you can put plushies and figurines in a personal case like the ones you keep your cleansers in

i've played some Shoppe keep and it's fun and some RPG battles are in it and shame part 2 never took off and so was canceled(still playable) and might be fun for your gaming channel as like most show sims it's puttung up shelves keeping them supplayed later you can buy bots to stock them for you ad such. so Sin if you ever get it i do suggest you giving it a try :)
