1)While preparation have you used reference textbooks for any subjects.
2) And if yes, then in what ways u dealt with reference books.
Like wheather reading the theory, then solving Qstn or only solving Question?

I am an EE student but I am preparing for GATE CS ; due to many reasons considering a college in which I am sure to get a placement but still I want something much better than that so I had to choose EE as my subject but I was much serious about CS from beforehand, I have already completed 2 major and 1 common subjects out of 10 in CS, presently I am in 3rd semester so my question is how should I manage my schedule and prepare effectively for the next 2 nd half years considering my anomaly of different branches, thank you
