How to BUFF Lucario for Pokemon Scarlett and Violet 💪

There are a lot of ways to buff a pokemon, so how would you buff Lucario?

Mega launcher is an ability made for Pokémon that actually have a launcher of some sort on their body, so while it would make him strong, it wouldn’t make much sense.

Honestly, you shouldn't lower his physical attack for special attack. It is a great way to trip up your opponent because they won't know what set your going with. If he is frail, it would be better to lower his defenses so he can be a strong glass cannon.

For an ability, mega launcher would not be an amazing choice for him. Mega Launcher is only given to mons with cannon like parts. Rather, give it Scrappy. Lucario is able to sense and utilize aura, so him being able to hit ghost types with his fighting moves would make sense.
Another option would be a unique ability, Akin to smash bros. Call it "Calming Adrenaline". The effect is that it is able to act as a temporary focus sash, while also increasing the user's Attack, Special Attack, and Speed by 2 stages. The draw back is that it also caused a perish song like effect, and in 3 turns, the user faints unless swapped out.
To prevent it being broken, it only activates once per match, Akin to gigantimax

While i like the idea i dont think that the ability mega launcher would fit lucario i mean the ability is more something for pokemons with cannons etc

god, I wish Lucario got a buff. I don't care if either spatk or atk are raised since lucario learns both focus blast and close combat

Since when was lucario considered a pseudo..? Probably biggest reason why he doesn’t stack up to actual pseudos is the fact he’s not one due to his base stat total. ❤

I would particularly only buff defense and sp defense, and I would change Steadfast for mega launcher, and put one more hability that would be the iron fist(or replace justified with iron fist).

Lucario ain't a pseudo legendary.
Every pseudo has a 3 stage evolution line and a base stat total of exactly 600.
I understand wanting to buff him but you can’t compare him to pokemon with stats that are higher then some legendarys.
