Shame on the store for allowing her to go so far over her brother's budget. They heard what he said, they should have stuck to that. Instead they saw that she could manipulate him into going over, and they could more than double the commission. The man won't be a high earning NFL player forever, but they treated his money like it wasn't a consideration at all.

The response by the sales person on the discussion of the $13k dress: she shrugs and says well “She picked it out”…didn’t sound like she was a bit concerned about the budget…(she was only seeing commission dollar signs) so between the sales person and the spoiled brat…I so feel for this generous brother
