the exact audio starts from 00:44, and upto 04:12, and then starts from 04:56. .
so audio is late and not sync with video because of 44 seconds gap twice. . .
so if someone feel problem, then it would be better to to watch with two players . .
in one, only video would start from 00:00 and in another only audio from 00:44. .
now, simultaneously when audio reaches at 04:12, and video at 03:28,
then pause only audio and start after 44 seconds, i.e. at 04:56 .
(hope it would be beneficial)

Solution to the voice lag in the video -
Just get on to ur senses, make use of ears being holding the info for wht u have seen.
Inshort those who have good eye ear coordination will surely surpass...kudos to them...
For the rest (follow the video from 4.26).
I am mentioning why he has told in those minutes, refer these and straight away start the video from 4.26
1. 2NF means there would be two rules (easy to remember).
2. Take a hold of the two written definations on the board.
3. Taking the refernce from the table, he has tried to explain us that there is composite primary keys in the form of customer id and store id (he also told us to make a note that alone store id or alone customer id wont be primary key)
4. Now he went for the next column that is location column. There we found out that location is just dependent on store id but not on customer id and we have just found out that customer id along with store id makes the primary key.
5. Hence location attribute is not fully dependent on the primary key or lets say candidate keys, so is the case that it has not satisfied the second rule for 2NF.
6. Therefore, we need to make it i.e, location attribute fully dependent on customer id as well as store id as it is for now only partially dependent on primary key.
7. Now folks u r ready to go by starting the video from 4.26.
