ASMR has helped me become more a more productive and peaceful person. Oftentimes I will just listen to ASMR while I work. Anxiety has been a struggle for me in years past, and I find that ASMR has really helped me push through. However, I believe in the importance of registered counselors and therapists as well. The humming in the background in the beginning of the video is really calming. You should do a video with similar background humming and close up whispering, that would be a perfect mix for sleepiness!

Hey idk if you'll see this on such an old video, but my daughter has autism and this video is the ONLY thing that breaks her out of her meltdowns. She calls them "my lullabies" and will ask for them any time she's having a bad day, is sleepy, starts stressing, etc. They are a huge calming factor for her and this video helps us immensely.
