I have been in the industry for 25 years. I never used to wear a mask. I don't even know how much asbestos I have breathed in as well as mortar products, drywall dust, mold spores under houses, insulation...

I finally started wearing a mask when I woke up choking and just trying to catch a breath.

RZ mask are the most comfortable to wear.

Nah, that looks like Cellulose.

Which is mainly made from shredded and mashed paper.

I used to work in construction.

We had a machine that would just pump it through holes in the walls after we closed them up.

The machine and the bags with the Cellulose had warning labels that said to wear eye and nose/mouth protection.
