I was wondering if there was a special way you're cashing out. I ask because I have followed your deals exactly multiple times and when I go to use a digital & paper booster (or even just 1 or the other) I have great difficulty even getting the WC back. I'm told it's because my total isn't above the value of the booster and so I don't get the WC.

It makes couponing at Walgreens extremely frustrating and so I'm just wondering if im missing something?

Thanks for the deals I find if a coupon doesn’t work for me or the don’t get my register rewards I call customer service and they always give me Walgreens cash for it

Ok my cashier said I couldn’t use a Spend $15 Get $5 WC because after coupons, my total was less than $15.
I had her cancel the whole transaction and I left and called customer service and they said that is true. If my items cost $15 but after coupons, my cost is $12 or whatever, I cannot use the spend booster.
That can’t be true right? But this was the 1-809 Walgreens number.

I went to do the Dove deal yesterday and the paper coupon was not working for me either. The cashier called over the manager and she pushed it through for me. I was very thankful for that. I guess it depends on the manager.

Hi I used one 4 coupon on one account went today to use my other one on the other account it was gone Walgreens removed it and customer service just said it in their policy that they can change or remove coupons when they want. Plus I use Walgreens cash for the dove and did not get my 5 reward customer service did nothing
