What a real depiction of how hard it is to do weight loss challenge. As someone who started this last year, the starting month was the most difficult and most of the days tbh. But as the days go by, you’ll see the results and understand why eating healthy is actually important. Great video guys. I just want to say, you did amazing. You stuck with it and continued even though extreme hardship. This video really inspires me, I have struggled with my weight ever since the Pandemic where my weight was around 190 lb. I've made some progress (now being 165 and 2 in's taller) but not as much as I've wanted. But this video shows that anyone can be healthy, it may be hard but it can be worth it.
