Loved hearing the birds in the background! 🐦Really nice look today - I do like a bit of drama to the eyes!

Kiki you do the absolute best foundation reviews!!! 3 day wear tests with different application techniques and different sunscreens under. So helpful! This is the first foundation you have reviewed that I had already purchased - I am your skin shade twin - I got 1N06 and it’s just a little bit light for me. So I might have to try the one you selected. But I absolutely love the formula on my skin. I have quite sensitive dry skin and it feels and looks lovely - very natural. Thankyou for all the effort you put into your very thorough reviews 😊

I have this and can confirm it’s beautiful. Super light texture, very easy to blend …and really looks like skin. It’s a winner✅

I've been testing this foundation and was matched in shade 1Y06 so really appreciate your detailed review. I like natural finishes that wear well.

Great review! I used to be an oily gal, now “normal” and often have an aversion to foundations that are too shiny, so definitely powder a bit. Love hearing about the shade challenges. I am much lighter, especially in the winter, but my greatest struggle is finding a good match in almost every brand. Surprised your Oscar trend video didn’t get many views! I really enjoyed it!

Thank you for taking the Reboot foundation into the context. It is such a beautiful one that no one talks about. If they discontinued it and broke my heart then this better be as good, if not better!

I use this foundation and it works really well for me also. I’m 54 and it just gives me the softest looking skin.

Visually, one of the best foundations I've seen on you Kikki. Also, a foundation that looks terrific regardless of the application method! I'm going to try the 1N06 - Porcelain during the Sephora sale based on your review and recommendation. Thank you as always for your thorough videos.

Your whole aesthetic is so lovely Kiki. Great review.

I picked up this foundation in 2n14 and it is a great shade that seems to be a good happy medium between my darker pigmentation and lighter areas. I have combo/leaning drier in the winter. Looks great.

I think this foundation looks great. I was going to get the Dior Glow during the sale but think I’ll get this instead. MUF has a very fair olive shade. I’ve never tried it, but it could be amazing.

I am so grateful to you and Tamara for teaching me the very little I graciously know about makeup. I am the same age as Tamara with a similar skin color. I rarely wear makeup; I am passionate about simple skin care for my very dry and sensitive skin. (I have lupus and consequently my skin is the same color regardless of the seasons). I am trying to find some staples in lieu of two weddings, one in Summer and the other in Autumn as well as those very rare occasions I may choose to dapple with makeup for a very natural look.
You taught me about Rituel de Fille (#115) (I may be #120); I struggle with it not interacting with my sunscreens which are different to those you use. I use the following sunscreens in no particular order of preference: Beauty of Joseon, Madagascar Centella and I may mix the tinted and untinted DRMTGY sunscreens as well. In the heat of Summer I have mixed Elta MD UV elements (it is being discontinued/reformulated) with Paula's Choice Super-Light Defence. I may dab Australian Gold Botanical 50 Tinted Face over my clear sunscreens "like foundation" - I make sure to have super hydrated skin as it can be drying.
I bought the Dior Forever Skin Glow (2N) - it is a gorgeous and very natural foundation. Do you think that the Make Up Forever is in any way comparable to the look of either of Rituel de Fille or Dior Forever Skin Glow? The MUFE is magnificent and naturally glowing on you in this video but I have no memory to compare it with the two foundations I mention. Do you think my current sunscreens might work with the Dior Forever Skin Glow? I have no need for a few foundations but I am trying to find foundations that provide very natural coverage.
Again thank you enormously for the time and wisdom pearls you share in this space. <3

I’ve always thought your eyes were pretty, but I realized with the side by side video of you without eye makeup that your eyes pop with no eye makeup! My deep set dark eyes disappear w out something on my eyes. I think the liner actually compresses your eyes a bit. Your natural lash line is quite dark, with your eye color and no makeup…it’s 🤩

Hey Kiki, this foundation looks lovely on you, very pretty.I’ve been using my Chanel No 1 b20 using my fingers lately & I’m really happy with it & I would definitely give this one a go 👍🏻It’s beeb cold here in England & I use Medik8 no6 and it’s been a little flaky which I really don’t like because I’ve never had flaky skin, I’m thinking it’s the heating in the house plus cold weather ☔️🥶

I love how you apply powders. OM Day 2, which brush did you use for the blush?
Thanks to your comments a few years back re the VB bronzer duo, I purchased it and I so love it. I really trust your opinion, I have never been disappointed getting your recommended products.

I looove this foundation!
Note: Sephora doesn’t carry all the shades! I use 1N10 and am fair neutral slightly desaturated leaning maybe slightly olive. In their original Face & Body I was 20, if that helps anyone!

Kiki, you might feel more tightness w your Retin-A when using any zinc based spf. Not that I’m a derm by any means, but I worked w a plastic surgeon (for my work) who also owns a medical spa and when I asked him about a specific procedure, he asked my age and started asking 20 ?s about my skincare routine. He asked about retinol use and I told him I use it 2xs a week. He commended me for not overusing it and said retinol use is a marathon, not a race and he said too many people overuse it and that in his opinion, it will catch up w people at some point. There will be a million folks that would fight me for that statement 😂 but I think there is something to what he said. OR if people have to use it multiple times a week, I think using a much lower potency retin-a or retinol product is better.
