The simple truth is that todays youngsters 12-20 year olds have grown up with at least 60 different cultural cuisines to choose from and their taste buds are VERY experienced and sophisticated. Even the breads available are too numerous to mention. The days of buying 2 tasteless pieces of white bread with a piece of 'whatever' in the middle are gone.
