OPEN ME FOR GOODIES!!

I want to help out my damaged hair girls! If you have been following my videos you know that I Bleached my hair about three maybe for months ago... I bleached it twice within a week...YES I know this was so stupid but my hair was so healthy I didn't think that bleach would do anything to it....but I lost about half of my hair.

I did so much research about how to get my hair healthy again and the things I used in this video were the best things for it. There were more benefits then I mentioned but it was so hard to get everything put in this video and not overload you guys with everything! If you have some free time seriously look up all the crazy good benefits!

PRODUCTS USED-

1 EGG
Coconut Oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Moroccan Oil
100% PURE Argan Oil

Mix these products together and apply to your hair for 45 minutes,
Shampoo Twice
Condition

If you have longer hair just add more Coconut Oil, Shorter hair you can use less or just keep coating your hair.

Any questions PLEASE let me know!

xoxo,
Court

GUYS DONT DO AN EGG MASK EVERY FCKIN WEEK. Too much protein is just as bad and you're going to end up worse. That's fine every few months but don't over do it. The oils are great but not with the egg every time!!

as you're saying how bad your hair is your blow drying it and straightening it which is the worst thing you could possibly do. you should braid it and let it dry over night, as blow drying is worse than straightening.

To those that are judging her for styling her hair with heat: I’m real happy for you that your hair looks good without it but dang some of us need to dry our hair so it doesn’t look like a wild mess

So my treatment doesn't completely reverse damage, but does a lot of the same things this video addressed. I have bleached my hair recently, and IMMEDIATELY following that process, i KNEW from bleaching it a year or 2 before that i would need extra moisture and manageability....things i didn't know the last time i bleached. So, i looked my bathroom over and found some holy grail products that i have sworn by for years....all of them were pretty low, so i thought "these are all good products...why not mix them together?" and i did. Those items were: coconut oil (about 2tbsp maybe 3), aussie's 3 minute miracle in both "smooth" and "moist" (about a tablespoon each....adjust to your needs, whether you need moisture or frizz control), my favorite conditioner (which was Pantene's Beautiful same amount you would apply in the shower), AND of my favorite go-to's whenever i dye my hair at mayonnaise (you'll find it in the ethnic section of walmart or sally's and you'll need a good with your hand). Mix this all together until it's creamy and thick butter or margarine....maybe a little thicker. You will be able to scoop this with your hand and PLOP it on your head...i recommend doing this to either dry or damp hair and massage in until saturated. Leave on (cover with a shower cap or bag and wrap in a towel) for an hour, or however long you want, but an hour is minimum...i try to last at least 2hrs. Rinse out with luke warm water VERY WELL...it usually takes about 3mins or so to get it really rinsed. towel dry and allow to dry naturally, style as usual and feel the softness. For added shine, i use garnier fructis miracle oil, which also serves as a leave-in conditioner. It has 5 really amazing uses that you'll see listed on the back of the bottle. :)

guys. If you dutch braid your wet hair (especially a dutch crown braid but two dutch pigtails will do) you can get a heat free curl without having to damage your hair with a dryer.

Alejandra Diaz's comment - "GUYS DONT DO AN EGG MASK EVERY FCKIN WEEK. Too much protein is just as
bad and you're going to end up worse. That's fine every few months but don't over do it. The oils are great but not with the egg every time!!" Could NOT be more true! Too much protein can have adverse side effects on your hair. It is the same as using Keratin way too much! Yes these two things can help to strengthen damaged hair BUT should only be used once a week to once every 2 weeks or even 3. Why? We have to first remember hair is dead cells. You cannot fix damaged hair...you can add things to it to help make it feel and look better temp. as it grows out. To truly "FIX" damaged hair you MUST just have PATIENCE and let it grow out. There is NOTHING you can add to your hair to make it grow faster. Trust me I know I know there are products out there that say you can but you can't. It is common sense when knowing hair is dead cells. To help your hair grow faster and healthier you MUST treat your hair from the inside out. Meaning good vitamins, drinking enough water and eating healthier along with time are the ONLY ways to get your hair to grow faster and healthier. Also much of how our hair is, is due to genetics, environment and what we do to it. Your hair growth comes from the hair follicle so another thing you can do to help promote healthy and faster hair growth is stimulating blood flow to the hair follicle. A good scalp treatment can help aide in this...peppermint is a WONDERFUL scalp treatment. Certain brands make a peppermint scalp treatment and you can also look into peppermint oil as well. Ok, so back to the "why" is too much protein and keratin bad for your hair and esp. damaged hair. Sure it is good to help strengthen but to much build up of this on your hair weakens the cuticle and causes more brittleness and breakage. I truly advise to STAY AWAY from protein and keratin for damaged and severely damaged hair. Coconut oil, avocado oil, argon oil and a good Hair Mayonnaise (no not actual mayo lol the deep conditioning treatment is called Hair Mayonnaise (can find this at any hair supply store in the ethnic section.) ) is the way to go to treat your hair as it is growing out. Also keep up on trimming the over processed hair as it grows out. Also STAY AWAY from any hair products that contain a lot of alcohol. They will continue to dry the hair out. Make sure to NEVER brush your hair when wet (it will beak your hair so badly) and NEVER use a brush when the hair is super damaged. Use a wide tooth comb. Letting your hair air dry as much as you can will help and staying away from hot tools as much as possible when having super damaged hair will help. Use a good conditioner each time you shampoo your hair and make sure to rinse the conditioner in the coldest water you can stand. Hot water opens up the cuticle and cold slams it shut, hence keeping in as much of the moisture as possible. Use a good leave in conditioner or oil (depending on your hair texture and thickness will determine if natural oils like argon are too heavy for your hair.) These will help keep moisture in your hair and help it to look healthier. I have been a cosmetologist for 12 yrs now :)

Just a tip, aloe vera works wonderfully for healing, and if you use it on your scalp, not only will it promote healthy hair growth, but it may help reduce the psoriasis

you should not blow dry your hair it's actually damages hair you should let it air dry and make sure your shampoo is sulfate free because sulfate damages hair and another thing you left out the video is when you use eggs on your hair make sure to rinse it's out with luke warm water or cold water because the eggs will fry

You should continue making been for some reason watching a ton of hair videos for about two years straight (menopause?!!!) experimenting with color, semi, Demi, lotions and you spoke loud and clear, had hair/looks and were intelligible.

Courtney Gallagher Try getting a nozzle for the end of your blow dryer & dry it on cool. Also, rinse your hair with cool water as your final cleansing step

I used everything but the egg. I don't mind smelling like a salad but never an omelette 😂😂😂

Im definitely  going to try this but if you don't plan on going anywhere you might not wanna blow dry your hair or use any heat because it drys it and causes more breakage

If your hair is that bad, it needs a break your going to bed. Let it dry naturally, that's why it if frizzy from the blow dry

Blow drying and straitening is counter productive I can get better and the same results soaking my hair in conditioner while I'm showering and cleaning everything else and shaving after then rinse out makes skin smooth with the excess conditioner and I towel dry and let set for for 20 mins with a 5 min max blow dry
