Armin mentions doing a small scale rumbling a bunch of times but I never understood why he didn't make his own faction like Eren obviously Eren is either doing a full scale rumbling or eutasnizing eldians so I don't understand why he didn't make his own faction to force Eren to make world peace. Isayama really went tame with Armins character during the timeskip but Armin had the potential of being the next Erwin the true enemy of the jaegerist and Eren.
