Fully automated sterile filling line at Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing

We have built a cutting edge sterile filling line that is fully automated, highly flexible, and isolator based! The line features advanced technologies, including a decontamination chamber to sterilize all incoming RTU tubs, a highly flexible robotic filling line that can process syringes, vials, cartridges, and custom containers, and several automatic check and transport systems.

This line will be capable of filling up to 60,000 vials (either RTU or bulk), syringes, or cartridges, depending on container and fill volume size. The line also has lyophilization capability up to 35,000 10R vials with the ability to add an additional lyophilizer at a later date, and the line can fill highly viscous solutions.
