Hi Beth, I'm so glad I came across your channel. I'm learning how to cook & your recipes are a tremendous help. I am happy you came up with other funding so we can continue to learn from you. We bought one of the Lodge cast iron pans per your recommendation & it works great. I have not read all the posts so I don't know if someone has suggested this, but maybe it would be good to contact Lodge (& others) to propose they get involved in sponsoring this effort that benefits them. Yep. We are definitely going to expand to reach a younger demo as well :) So true what you said about older demo being new to YT! Even my own family is like..."How do I See your videos???" LOL! It's an education for sure.
