Sometimes, EUS can see what other imaging modalities can't!!!
The first case has obstructive jaundice due to distal CBD stricture but no significant pancreatic or CBD masses as reported by CT scan. The patient was referred for EUS that showed a small mass at distal CBD, 10 x 15mm, EUS FNB revealed distal cholangiocarcinoma, referred for radical surgery.
