Ok Roland, now that Akai has revealed their new standalone MPCs I hope you have something in store for us in the near future that will compete with them. Something akin to your SP sampler series like the SP-303 and SP-404. Improved sampling capabilities, sequencing, FX, all the while keeping a small and portable form factor. Please Roland!

Us producers need a small hardware sampler with small screen and just knobs for adjusting start postion of sample and real time time stretch, and some knobs for reverb delay and filter. Make it vst compatible as well. Something like the new akai live.The varios was a great product and you dropped support for it and marketed it wrong. I still own it and use its vocoder.I wanted a roland product with all your sounds in one box. You came out with integra. I was amazed. I bought it and love it still.Where are the samplers that link to vst but give you hands on control. That have real time time stretch? There are none! Except for new akai? And theyre bragging about its new real time time stretching abilities which everyones stoked on. You guys came out with real time time stretch 16 years ago then just kind of forgot about it.. Every producer i know that samples is amazed that no company is making this. we want a newer version of the akai z8. in rack/table top form. we want simplicity.
