01:01 Greer to the people present: "Please turn your light scope off"

01:30 Also Greer: "So i'm looking through the night scope, they are not flares"

That's weird...

Great picture! I didn't know they still sold VHS tape recorders with no zoom! Do you mind telling me where I could get one? I am a collector and have been looking for a steady 8 months now. Thanks in advance.

Why would a UFO drop flares? Very strange.

So, both lights remain illumined for a nearly equal duration. Light #1 is spotted at 0:32, and 41 seconds later, the second light appears. At 3:32, the first light goes out, and 39 seconds later, the second one goes out. Light #1 was illumined for 3:00 and light #2 for 2:58, as far as I can tell. Therefore, both lights were illumined for nearly the same exact time which is indicative of both lights having identical propellants. Furthermore, I noticed that when skipping through the video, the lights drift along a similar path, down and to the left, and then disappear near the horizon. To conclude, these lights act more light flairs than intelligent crafts.

Taking the blades of grass as a reference you can clearly see the lights drifting and falling slowly until they go out, yet as is typical for ufo enthusiasts, they simply declare that they "did not drift or move laterally" and assert that all possible boats, planes and military activities were clear of the area, as if they know. Seems to me they're making the jump to aliens way too easily, discouraging the majority of people from taking any serious interest in the matter.

I am a firm alien believer, but following my engineering background etc, those are flares and very easy to see how they ignite in the air and slowly drop down before their fire ends!
Dr Greer, I had firm believe in you.

They look just like navy "balloon" They hang around for ages and are extremely heat of the flares burns out and the balloons slowly float down to fizzle out in the water.... Me thinks Mr Greer is pulling a fast one here....

Both "on" for the approx. same amount of time. Both drift downward and to the right. Both flares. Sorry.

If you click through the video you can see the clouds moving to the right and the lights moving at about the same speed to the right.

Does this not indicate flares to anyone else?

Just an observation, whenever there are event like this coming from Steven Greer or James Gilliland, why does this entity shows afar, if this is really authentic, "they" should show upclose to the expectators, this doesn't make sense and can easily be discredited as manmade.

"At 9:11 p.m. on Jan. 27, 2015, a Beech 76 Duchess registered N110SU was recorded flying at 85 mph off Vero Beach. This is slower than the aircraft’s normal cruising speed and would feasibly allow the aircrew to deploy parachute flares or some other illumination device." ... "When I reached out to the Aviator College to ask about the Jan. 27, 2015, flight, Director of Maintenance Christopher Speer told me that the college never does things like dropping flares. After sending Speer a copy of the flight record, he did not respond to any further emails."

"These are not flares..." ah ok.

I was there and watching with a pair of AN/PVS-7B Gen-3 night vision goggles. There were no airplanes in that area of the sky before, during or after these lights were seen. Also, I saw no smoke. Any smoke would have been illuminated by the flares and a smoke trail/plume would have been visible in the goggles after the event.

you can clearly see the clouds and lights moving to the right, if these were "ships" wind will have no effect on them.
And no they do no "stay on the same altitude"

"They emerged in this dimension suddenly and did not drift or move laterally in the direction of the wind, which was gusty at times."

Some basic geometry and physics...  Anybody can do this.  You don't need to have fancy video analysis tools or even a calculator, just some common sense.

Fact: The camera capturing video is in a fixed position, after 1:14
  - How is this a fact?  Put you mouse pointer over a fixed object (i.e. one of the grass strands in the scene) in the video and notice that the object is always under the mouse pointer.  If the camera was moving, then a fixed object would move, but it does not, thus camera is fixed.

Fact: The video OP claims that the objects did not drift laterally, in the direction of the wind...
  - This claim can easily be shown to be incorrect since it has been established that the camera is fixed.  At 1:14 when the second light appears, put your mouse pointer on the light and don't move the mouse any more.  By 2:14 the light has moved from left to right a considerable distance.  This is the definition of lateral movement.  At 4:06, pause the video and look at the difference of your mouse pointer and where the light is.  It has not just moved laterally even further, it has also descended in height.  This is exactly how a flare would behave...  I'd like to see how anybody can challenge common sense.  I guess you could argue that these UFOs decided to act exactly like flares, but that is about it.

I have seen my share of UFOs in my years, and even found Dr. Greer to be credible to a point as he has done some good with the disclosure movement.  In this particular case, some serious fraud is at work, and I can't stand to see people taken advantage of or mislead.

Really frustrating that I bought this dude's movie and he's out raising money by faking UFO sightings. Congratulations, you got my money

An HD video recording device and no zooming on the objects? Everybody should guess why!

I'm a military man as well, ARMY (UTARNG SFAS Airborne).  I've seen lot's of flares.  ALL emit smoke very visible affected by wind drift.  None that I have seen have been that bright.  Aside from that, it is the feelings that attend these phenomena that articulate their authenticity.  I would question those present in the group as to what their innermost feelings were at the time.  Moreover, when the object clearly goes into the ocean as a non-luminous object, it tells me it is something other than a flare.

Also thanks for sharing your know how with us mr toon, many of us would have been dumbfounded, your explanation allows us to do our own research, and indeed it seems very much like a flare on a parachute, very pretty to witness regardless
