Hello, I have my wechat pay available, set it all and yet when I opened the red packet, it still goes back to setting up my card and complere identity and to confirm my bank's customer service, then I clicked "complete now", it goes back again to linking tha bank account. Once successfully linked, can I transfer money from my wechat to my foreign bank card too? My problem also is I can't accept red packet, it's asking me to verify ky acct with ID card info, which I don't have since I'm a foreigner and I'm in Southeast Asia.

I have an issue, my WeChat Pay is activated, i received a Red Packet, i have my card linked with my account but when I try opening the Red Packet it still appears that i need to link a card, and when I do it's says that my card didn't worked

I had a WeChat account for a number of years. And just loaded up WeChat pay and I was automatically linked to the passport verification and it went straight through. Maybe. That is because I’ve already been to China on that passport and had a live visa? I don’t know but it was verified electronically in less than 2 minutes. I then was given the option to link my bank account and that worked too. I then put in the 6 digit password and ping. It’s set up! Scarily easy.

I live in Australia, and I added a friend that uses WeChat pay and lives in the same country. She sent me a dollar and I accepted the transfer, but it says that I need to link a bank card. I linked one, but it says I need to find it from the bank card list, but I can't find that list anywhere. How do I fix this?
