Southport Foodbank: What Goes Into A Food Parcel

A short video explaining the items which would typically go into a food parcel. This particlar food parcel is being packed and picked by one of our volunteers for a single person.

We are also able to offer toiletries and other additional items such as pet food, toilet roll and household cleaning products when we have it available (although these do not form part of the food parcel under the Trussell Trust model we use)
