Yeah his great customer service is fueled by the fact the sales he makes determines the amount on his paycheck. It was a nice thought though.

It's literally 11:54pm Christmas night and this got rec'd to me. As of 4 years ago- these guys don't get commission, so they don't give a fuck whether you buy a tv or not. Your mission of trying to reward them is awesome, and the fact he denied it is compelling. I hope you talked to their mgmt team and told them of your experience! Great job here.
