Wow can’t see it. Saw only the tail. I have walked (stepped right over) over them before. They’re usually not very aggressive at all but they’re SO good at camouflage.

I've watched this a dozen times. I know what I'm looking for. I have great pattern recognition skills. I saw the tail (duh) and a little part of its body, but I cannot find the head. If I didn't know any better, I would say you are April-Foolsing us!

The little bright leaf in the center. Just to the left you see its body. Its face is resting on top of its body.its the side of its face only one eye.

Where I fished in North Carolina and Virginia there were so many water moccasins. I had one on my fishing line once. They hide so well.

Copperheads are not aggressive snakes . There's no telling how many people actually walk by every single day and never know they are there. If you have leaves in your yard chances are you have Copperheads around. You just don't see them. They won't bite unless you start messing with it.

Well, I'm a goner because I did not ever see the upper body of that supposed snake! I do see leaves. I saw just that tail. And only after he told us it was there!

Tip for finding the face: look at the grass protruding from the bottom of the screen. Counting from left to right, go to the tip of the 3rd blade of grass. The very tip of that blade of grass overlaps a lighter colored leaf on the ground. That leaf is to the immediate right of the snake head. You can see the left eye of the snake, which is directly under a small stem protruding from one of the leaves

Thank god they aren’t aggressive cause I’ve had my hand within inches of them on multiple occasions. Very smart and beautiful snakes
