Comal County deputy Eddy Luna was saved by his brother after being shot in the line of duty

Deputy Eddy Luna is still in the hospital after undergoing his fourth surgery. His brother Rene, another deputy, applied a tourniquet at the scene.

This guy used to take knives away from people while on patrol on then sell them on the side. He tried to steal our knives when we got pulled over by him in high school. He would say that he needed to hang on them for his safety while conducting the traffic stop and then he would try to leave with your knives. I know people who boight these stolen knives off him, sorry this happened but this guy was crooked.
