Nice. I wish though that it did not open a new tab with each drillthrough. When you use the standard way, you will keep working in the same report / tab.

how to do it on multiple columns, here only given one column. Can you provide url if we pass three columns as filter

Thank you for showing this. But I get the error stating - "This field was deleted from the model and can't be used as filter" in the filter pane, but I have this field- available in the model. Can you help?

Thanks for this trick. I tried this long back for a customer but only problem was every time it opens a new tab. Another thing I was trying is to filter a slicer in the detailed page using the parameter which was also not possible.

Hi Ruth, is this opening a new browser window or new tab each time you click on the link? I haven't tried your trick yet, but was looking at something similar about 12 months ago. The annoying thing was that it would open each link in a new tab, but really all I wanted to be able to do was to have a link in a table that linked to a page in the same report :)

Hi better than the std drill through. OK when accessing an app directly in the service but if you access power bi throught Teams ive found URLs navigate you out of teams and opens in your browser thanks

Are special characters in the country name automatically escaped with this method, or is that an extra step you would need to take when generating the URL?

Can you do that but to go to another page in another report published in the same workspace?

If I embed this report, the link won’t work or it is going back to non embed version of the report. Anyway to solve the issue on the embedded report link?

i tried one of my reports but the filter is not working to redirect the page every time the new page opens but corresponding details are not coming
