Tip: you are actually supposed to pull the rollers upwards when you remove them. This will help with your problem with them getting stuck! ☺️❤️

If you have curly hair, you really shouldn't wait for your hair to be more on the damp side since you need much more heat to break the hydrogen bonds that make you hair curly. Just make sure it isn't dripping wet.

**don’t use bonding oil everyday! Over toning your hair will FRY your hair! Twice a week is plenty! I love the amika hydration line, it’s saved my fine dry blonde hair!

I just gave this a try, I’m going to come back once I take the rollers out I waited about an hour with the rollers in, it didn’t make my hair supper fluffy but it definitely did something and the bottom curled a little in the good way. I think this best works for people with layered hair which is why it didn’t work so well for me

I’m dead ass so thankful for this because my hair is EXACTLY the same. Fine, but a lot. Wash every 3-5, some parts are almost ringlets, some parts are literally straight even though it’s healthy.
