You don't need a huge smoker or multiple days to make this bacon! All you need is a regular home oven, and about 24 hours of your time which mostly you just waiting!!

[Ingredients] (2-3serves)
-Pork belly (Skinless) 500g
-Salt 10g (2% of pork)
-Brown sugar 10g (2% of pork)
-Black pepper 15-16times
-Garlic powder 2.5g (0.5% of pork)
-Smoked paprika 1g (0.2% of pork)

👉Tip
You can also make "Spicy bacon" by adding 0.25g (0.05% of pork) of ground chilli.
I actually prefer this version.

Q: Why oven wasn't preheated?
A: We want to cook it as gentle as possible to keep the moisture inside.
So starting from cold oven is much gentler than putting cold pork into a hot oven.
And you don't have to wait for preheating it!! It's easier and better!!
