Hi, user who played Celestial Ruins here.
At the time of this comment, the level ID is 111749528 and the level version I played was version 6.

I played the level an hour ago and found that skipping the green orb at 00:19 (or 56%) allows you to fall under the level and make it to the end. That's the best reason I can think of for the level lacking a rate.
